Welcome to the BMC Remedy Validation Program supporting integrations with the BMC Remedy Action Request® System (AR System®), BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite, and BMC Atrium CMDB. The purpose of the Validation Program is to deliver documented and tested third-party products to BMC customers. Approval for product integrations to BMC Remedy solutions is via independent validation testing by Intertek. Standard iNote documentation describes the joint value proposition, functional capabilities and details for setup and deployment with the AR System. The iNote serves as a credential, an endorsement, and a collateral piece.
Basic Integration Test Fees
The definition of a Basic Integration is one where the user is required to make minimal modifications to the AR System during the integration. In these cases, the work in the AR System is typically creating a small number of fields and/or a small number of active links. To define an integration as a Basic Integration, BOTH the following attributes will apply:
Full Test Fee $2995
This fee applies to the submission of one product integration to test on a single platform. For additional platform testing, please see the additional platform fee below.
Additional Platform Full Test Fee $1690
This fee represents a rerun of all tests for an additional hardware platform, such as UNIX and Windows. A product integration that supports and contains instructions for additional platforms requires a separate test pass.
Re-test Fee $2130
For Technology Alliance Validated Product member that do not meet the validation requirements on their first submission,
Intertek offers a reduced fee for a re-test of the integration. The re-test will be comprised of a full set of tests for the updated product integration and integration note.
Additional Platform Re-test Fee $1075
This is a reduced fee for a re-test of the product integration on the second platform.
Workflow Intensive Integration Test Fees
The definition of a Workflow Intensive Integration is one where the user is required to make many modifications and/or additions to the structures in the AR System environment during the integration. In these cases, a large amount of workflow (forms, fields, filter and active links) are pre-designed and imported into the existing AR System environment or there is a large amount of workflow that is required to be created by the user during the integration. To define an integration as a Workflow Intensive Integration, one or more of the following attributes will apply:
Full Test Fee $5880
