Welcome to the the BMC Service Desk Express Validation Program for integrating with the Service Desk Express Suite. The purpose of the Validation Program is to validate the Technology Alliance member has properly integrated with Service Desk Express and the applications connect and work together. The information in the iNote must describe in detail what is necessary to setup, install, and perform in order to successfully use Service Desk Express with your product.
Full Validation Test Fee - $2650
This fee applies to the submission of one product integration. (Regardless of the product category) This fee includes testing for a single product on a single platform.
Re-test Fee - $2100
For integrations that do not meet the validation requirements, we offer a reduced fee for a re-test of the integration. The re-test will be comprised of a full set of tests for the updated product integration and integration note. This fee is for the re-test of a single platform.
