THE Technology Test Company
Product Quality Partners, Inc., known as QP in the industry, was founded in March of 1994 by its President, Debra L. Hodgens, who after holding numerous high level positions requiring out-source test engineering professionals, recognized a void in the market.
QP's twelve-year success is apparent by its 90% repeat business. The company has been providing custom test services to technology specific industries since 1994 including Mobile Wireless, Client/Server Enterprise, and Digital Imaging/Multimedia.
QP continues to grow its three core technology test divisions, developing a number of new test services and continually enhancing several of its flagship services.
The newest QP division formed in 2003 is QP's SDG, Software Development Group. The group consists of a team of seasoned software developers, each with over 20 years experience in digital imaging and wireless software development. QP’s development group is responsible for developing innovative test automation tools that further improve the productivity and efficiency of QP’s test services. The development group also provides test automation development services to QP’s customers.
In addition, the company has designed, developed and implemented a comprehensive QP consultant certification training and evaluation program. QP’s new training and evaluation program has enabled QP to double the size of its workforce in the past year while maintaining the quality and technical capability of its resources. QP’s ability to scale with highly trained resources and the consistent delivery of updated test services keeps QP in the forefront of wireless and network testing.
QP’s corporate office and test facility is located in Pleasanton, California. QP's Branch Office and mobile wireless lab is located in Lebanon, New Jersey. Corporate, Branch Offices and labs offer all the same technology test services.
QP’s fully trained and equipped travel test team provides network and wireless feature testing and Stage 3 field testing in various locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. QP employees are strategically located throughout the U.S. to provide on-demand resources that require testing in specific network locations.

Debra L. Hodgens, President and CEO
Product Quality Partners, Inc. was founded in March of 1994 by Debra L. Hodgens. In six years the company has grown to over 58 employees and is maintaining a steady growth of over 35% each year. The company has successfully serviced over 300 client projects worldwide and maintains a 90% repeat partner activity.
Prior to designing and implementing the foundation for Product Quality Partners, Debra held several management and executive level positions within software and hardware development companies on the east coast as well as the west coast. Debra has been in the industry for over 27 years. More recently, Debra served in several management positions for Wang Laboratories in their Imaging Division in the early 1980s. Debra relocated to California in 1987 to join the senior management team of Dest Corporation, a manufacturer of OCR scanners and text recognition and imaging software applications. In 1991, Debra joined GO Corporation, a mobile computing company. Debra was the Director of Quality Assurance for GO Corporation where she developed the company's OEM product quality strategy and Quality Assurance division.
Quality Partners is founded on a solid corporate strategy which focuses on our goals for our external business as well as our strategy for building and maintaining a strong internal infrastructure.
