do I need to do to get started?
Please review the Developer Guide and the Installation Guidelines Handbook, which are available on the
Downloads page. The Developer Guide documents the Blackboard
Enabled Compatibility Program, the testing
process, and provides a list of items needed for submission of your System Extension to the Product Quality
Partners/Blackboard Enabled Compatibility lab. The Installation Guidelines Handbook contains the general
guidelines for writing the required install guide for your Blackboard Building Blocks System Extension.
To schedule your test, please call the Product Quality Partners lab at (925) 485-6170 or send an email to
blackboard@qpqa.com. You will receive confirmation the same working day for all submission forms, calls and emails
received by 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time.

How do I submit
the System Extension to Quality Partners for testing?
Please provide a URL or email the file, Developer Questionnaire, install guide, user documentation, and any other pertinent files,
in the form of a single .zip file to blackboard@qpqa.com. Also, please reference the Scheduling Testing section of
the Developer Guide for a checklist of submission items to include in your test package.

How long do the tests
take and when can I expect my final report?
Complete testing for a System Extension will take approximately 10 working days. An electronic final test
results report will be made available to Blackboard and to you at the end of that timeframe.

What
version of Blackboard will you use for testing?
Currently, testing is completed on version 5.5.1 of the Blackboard
Learning System.
