Introduction to QPQA, provides an understanding of QP's infrastructure, service standards and project management techniques to ensure that our staff fully understands the processes and practices that enable QP to help our customers achieve their goals.

Fundamentals of Software Testing and Reporting, provides hands-on exercises to teach QP staff the understanding of QP's innovative test engineering techniques and problem isolation.
Account Management provides in-depth communication and process management exercises to ensure that all QP Account Managers understand QP's standard for customer communication and customer satisfaction.

Test Process and Project Management, provides a series of classes and hands-on exercises including the use of QP's project and process management tools. This class also includes QP's quality metric tracking process, problem reporting and tracking process, test validity tracking, in-depth test planning and test case tracking and much more.

Field Test Engineering, this one week comprehensive course includes Call Performance testing techniques, Stage 3 requirements testing, 2G and 3G Data Throughput, Memory Management, Registration and Hand-offs, Layer 3 Messaging, Subscriber Calling Features, Problem Isolation and Debugging, Reporting, Actual Drive Test, Customer Requirements, and QP's full service requirements of providing this service. Add on courses include other network test requirements, advanced MMS testing and more.

Wireless Application Technologies, a full series of training programs include how to effectively test various application types and application platform technologies, such as BREW, J2ME, WAP, PalmOS, Blackberry, Good Technology, Digital Imaging, MMS, SMS, and much more.

Corporate Operational Practices, an executive level training program that includes teambuilding and hands on exercises, including process management, budgeting, personnel management, interviewing, service business development, customer satisfaction, and more.

Project Lead Training, develops advanced skills in project management, including effective use of QP's test tools.

Effective Use of QP Tools and Automated Programs, a series of programs including how to implement QP's tools for various projects, test case development, workflow process and more.

Effective Test Engineering, an intensive 3-day program that underscores best practices, emphasizing clear communication, the software development process, test case development, effective and creative test task management, problem isolation and bug tracking and reporting essentials.

QP Certified Consultant Training Program, a training and evaluation program for application test engineers and field test network engineers. The training includes communication, customer satisfaction requirements, test planning, test process management, technical training and effective use of tools, QP service standard and more. All Consultants must go through the evaluation process at the end of the training program. A QP Consultant is only certified and given the opportunity to work on behalf of QP if he/she has met all of QP requirements.
